New Fundraiser Starts Today!!!

Today, and all this month, we are starting a new fundraiser for our adoption.  While this year has proved to be a challenging one with our adoption after Joe lost his job, we lost the adoption, we moved 2622 miles away, and had the adoption re-instated again!

We haven't been doing much fundraising at all.  I tend to think people get tired of hearing all about your cause.  Not only do I find it very uncomfortable to ask others to help support our adoption, but I also dislike asking over and over again!!!

And yet, since it has been a good 9 months since we did our last fundraiser, we decided to join efforts with A Nest By Design.  Here's the scoop:

For the entire month of March we are the featured family at A Nest By Design!  This means that whomever decides to purchase one of their truly special items, is also giving us money towards our adoption as we receive a full 20% of all sales this month....and that includes even the shipping fees accompanying all orders.  Pretty cool!

www.anestbydesign.com has many wonderful pea pods, nests, and other creative and special items  you can purchase for you or for a loved one or friend.  I think a nest would be a great gift for a mommy who has lost a baby due to a miscarriage.  Just a thoughtful way to help them remember their wee one.

Also think about Grandparent's Day, which is a national holiday in September.  I am sure there are many nana's out there who would LOVE a little nest with pearls in it showing their grandbabies and wearing such an item around their neck.

Best of all, prices are really affordable!  Quality is excellent!  Shopping with a great cause...helping us fund our adoption and bring our little girl home.....even better!

Thanks for considering buying an item today or any day this month and helping support our effort in providing a forever home to a little girl waiting for us in Ethiopia.
