As Iron Sharpens Iron...

So today I was a bit overwhelmed with the thought of how much money we need to raise in order to pay for this adoption and bring our little one home.  Driving home I just felt like giving up already....how can we do it Lord?  That is around $30,000!

And yet when I got home wouldn't you know it, but a good friend called and was such an encouragement.  She said she was up the other night and couldn't sleep.  What was she doing?  She was brainstorming how to help us raise funds!  Amazing!  I was humbled by her support and love for us and by her belief that God will see it through.  Thanks Kyla :)

Then when I checked facebook a few hours later it seemed that someone else had been thinking the same thing. Hannah had been brainstorming ways to help us fundraise too.  God is good.  It is neat to see how He is stirring hearts.

He is stirring hearts to help our wee one....not us.  We don't need the money-SHE DOES!  She needs a family, a loving home, a safe home.  She needs a future, an education, healthy and nutritious food, a soft bed, clean clothes, a Bible (that one gives me chills), and she needs to hear the gospel so she can receive eternal life!  SHE needs the money more than anyone we know.  If we can bring her home, she will have all of those things and more.

Well, little one who is either in the womb or already born, we are coming!  We, along with some wonderful friends you will meet in a while, are brainstorming with God's help.  We WILL raise the funds to bring you home.....and we can't wait :)
